1. Let's Chat
Pleased to meet you! This short call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your business, brand, and voice, and of course those nitty gritty details like budget and deadlines.
Once we’ve decided we’re a good match, let’s meet again to discuss each component of the work you need. We’ll want to know more about your goals, strategy, audience and past experience—what has worked and what hasn’t.
For larger projects like full websites or extensive CRM campaigns, it’s often useful to meet once more to lay out a roadmap detailing what content goes where and when.
2. The Master Plan
Once we’ve agreed on all the details and the scope of work, we’ll send you an estimate and scope of work to sign. With your approval, we’ll then send you a contract and invoice for 50% deposit. Your work is officially penciled into the schedule and we’re ready to get to work!
Behind the scenes, we’ll conduct industry research and prepare any additional questions we have for you. This is a good time for you to provide us with branding guidelines, digital analytics access, contact information for 3rd party developers or designers, and audience research.
3. Time to Create
There’s some work to do before we dive in! First, we always start by identifying keywords, titles, headers, subject lines, alt descriptions, and more that will drive engagement and promote conversions. Then, we develop the structure of the piece to meet your goals. This is the most important part of the writing process and it’s part of what sets Concise Creative apart. We work hard to identify a strategy uniquely tailored to your needs, identifying where your audience’s pain points intersect with your product or brand.
Finally it’s time to put words on the page! While we do offer ghost writing, don’t worry we don’t ghost you during the writing phase: we’ll keep you updated on the status of the project so you know it’s in good hands.
With your feedback in hand, we’ll make any edits required and provide a new draft for approval. Once approved, I’ll invoice you for the remaining 50% and it’s time to publish!
